Liability and Registration

Clinic attendees are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior to ensure a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for all participants. This includes arriving on time for sessions, following instructions from trainers and staff, keeping noise levels appropriate, and respecting shared spaces and equipment. Attendees should refrain from aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct that could interfere with others’ experience or compromise safety. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in being asked to leave the clinic without a refund. By adhering to proper conduct, participants help create a positive, productive atmosphere where everyone can benefit fully from the clinic’s programs.

By signing this document, I acknowledge the inherent risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss that may result from my participation. I hereby waive and release the business, its owners, and its staff from any and all liability, past, present, and future, relating to the services provided.

I, the undersigned parent/guardian of the above-named minor, acknowledge that participation in the sport/activity described above involves inherent risks of injury, illness, or other harm. I release and hold harmless the clinic, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and any other participants, from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my child’s participation, whether known or unknown, and whether or not such harm results from the negligence of the clinic or others.

All sales are final. However, if the scheduled clinic must be canceled due to inclement weather, all registered participants may be issued a refund of $100. This ensures that clients are promptly reimbursed in the event of a weather-related cancellation and underscores our commitment to customer satisfaction and clear communication. Participants will receive the refund through the original payment method, and we will notify all affected individuals as soon as a cancellation is confirmed.
