A Punctual Schedule

Please arrive at 8:30 am to ensure the athlete has enough time to register.

Clinic Schedule includes:

8:30 am - 9:00 am -  Registration

9:00 am - 9:35 am -  Welcome & Warm-ups

9:40 am - 10:05 am -   Rotation 1

10:10 am -10:35 am - Rotation 2

10:40 am -11:00 am - Break/Motivational Talk

11:05 am -11:30 am   - Rotation 3

11:35 am -11:50 am.     -   Relay Races

11:50 am -12:00 pm   -Closing Speech

12:00 pm - 12:30 pm. -  Q&A for Parents

Drinks are Provided

Water and sports drinks will be provided.  However, we do encourage athletes to bring their own water bottles as temperatures can be hot in June!  We also encourage you to bring snacks and protetin bars as lunch is NOT included.

Heat

Please remember to stay hydrated before the clinic.  Also, don't forget to bring chairs/mat to sit on, sunblock, running shoes/spikes, appropriate family-friendly athletic clothing, umbrellas, and any other necessities.
